We worked with Renee to do a new roof on our home after storm damage. We had a mansard roof so needed shingles and a flat roof. He was diligent and proactively advocated to our insurance company when they did not want to pay for the scope of repairs needed. Much appreciated! Once work began they worked fast, were friendly and cleaned up so well each day. The quality of the work is fantastic and we are so pleased. Roofin and Construction I used Peak Performance 3 years ago on a neightbors referrral and they were great. After the hail storm last Friday night, I know everyone has been bombarded by fly-by-night contractors. Solid and Established Roofing Company I had Peak Performance come and check for hail damage yesterday and we definitely had some. These guys do it all, roofing, fences, gutters, windows screens and more. Having one contact for the entire project makes it easy t deal with the insurance company and get each jib fixed right. I've known Renee for 20+ years and had him put a roof on our former house as well. He's very familiar with Liberty neighborhoods he for the company that did a lot Highland Homes work. With all of the scamming and fly by night contractors out there I definitely recommend these guys! THey are local and established. We were referred to Peak Performance by another satisfied customer. We used them to replace our roof after some hail damage. They gave us an honest bid and didn't charge a penny overt it. Start to finish was only a couple of days and they didn't leave a single bit of trash behind. Very professional and very satisfied with the work!

Peak Performance did a great job on all the hail repairs and upgrades to my home. The provided multiple services for my including roof replacement, garage door, gutters, window screens, new patio cover, B/B fence, and shutters.
The work was done with professionalism, great communication and exceeded my expectations. We upgraded our patio and now it is an area that we use to hardly use that we use all the time now. The workmanship is fantastic and it really adds value to our house. I would highly recommend Peak Performance!

PS - the above comments were the second time I used them. Previously we had a leak in our house Rene and his crew repaired all the sheet rock. They matched the wall texture 100%, replaced the trim and painted everything. They did such a great job I used them again for all the outside repairs.

Rene and his team at Peak Performance Construction did an excellent job of restoring my parents’ home after an extension water leak. Even during a challenging time for construction work in 2021, they strive to provide quality work at reasonable cost. They were considerate of my parents and kind throughout the whole process. If anything did not meet our expectation, Rene was prompt to remedy it. I would highly recommend them for any construction or restoration project.

Peak Performance Roofing is a great company to work with! The owner Rene was fantastic from the bid process, to dealing with the insurance adjuster, to promises made and kept throughout entire process. They finished on time as promised and my roof and gutters look and are fantastic. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality workmanship and a very fair price.

Rene Flores with Peak Performance Construction I was really lucky to have Renee with Peak Performance Construction fix our roof. He is a General Contractor so he was able to take care of all of our needs. They fixed our roof, chimney damage, as well as our broken windows.

The one thing that really made working with Renee was that they met with the Claims Adjuster and helped them with the discovery of the damage. He also helped with dealing with the insurance company throughout the process. It was so much easier that the last time I got my roof repaired.
